How to create an Ad-Hoc Report

Ad Hoc Report in Infinite Campus



  1. Select “Filter Designer” on the left hand side (Under Ad Hoc Reporting)

  2. Select Query Wizard

  3. Select Student for data type



  1. Name the query at the top

  2. Select the data you want to export. They will show up on the right side (i.e. lastname or roomName)

  3. You can filter by key terms

  4. Some of this is guess and check. You can hit the save and test button at the bottom to see if it's the right data.




  1. Rearrange the data in the order that you need it.

  2. Save

  3. Click on Data Export on the Left hand bar



  1. Select your filter you just created

  2. Export your data as a CSV (readable by Excel)
